Ged joined Mike Kinsella in 1992 from Price Waterhouse to form Kinsella Clarke. Since then he and Mike have developed the practice to become one of the leading Accountancy practices in Liverpool. Ged specialises in all aspects of taxation, financial planning, auditing and corporate finance issues.

Director
Simon is a qualified Chartered Certified Accountant who joined the practice in May 2007. He specialises in audit and accounts production. He also has extensive tax planning experience, as well as all aspects of general practice.

Consultant
Mike founded the firm in 1972 and has since helped to grow the practice by providing quality professional advice. He specialises in financial accounting, HMRC and H M Customs & Excise investigations and general financial planning advice.

Ian Malley AAT
Audit & Accounts Manager
Ian has worked in the Accounting Sector for over 18 years and joined the firm in 1999. As well as all round accounting, audit and tax experience, Ian specialises in small to medium sized company audits, Solicitors accounts and Hotel Group accounts.

David joined Kinsella Clarke in 1998. He has worked his way through the ranks and now specialises in audits and accounts for a range of businesses including credit unions and charities. He is currently studying for his ATT.

Peter Erskine
Tax Manager
Peter joined the firm in 2006 specialising in personal tax and Capital Gains tax. He also deals with other areas such as CIS, P11d’s and payroll matters. He is currently studying for his ATT qualification.

Marie started at the company straight from school in 1980. Since then she has worked in various roles including secretarial, VAT, bookkeeping and payroll. She now specialises in the preparation of accounts.

Chris Brown
Accounts Senior
Chris joined the firm in 1988 and has just completed 20 years service. Her duties over the years have been overseeing wages, maintaining VAT records and bookkeeping. Her main duties now are preparing accounts.

Debbie Fitzgerald
Payroll Manager
Debbie joined Kinsella Clarke in 2001 as a receptionist. She has now worked her way up to payroll manager. Her main duties involve managing a busy payroll department, providing help and advice for many clients and the preparation of year-end returns, P35’s and CIS.

Rachel Gregson
VAT & Bookkeeping Clerk
Rachel joined the team in 2008. Her main duties are preparing VAT Returns and assisting with bookkeeping. She is currently studying for her AAT, which she hopes to gain within the near future. |

Bob Norris
Independent Financial Advisor
Bob has been with Kinsella Clarke for 9 years. He provides advice on all areas of personal financial planning including savings & investments, retirement planning, mortgages, secured loans, life assurance, critical illness and permanent health insurance. Recommendations made are ‘whole of market’, which means recommending the most suitable product from the thousands of providers available. There is no charge for initial consultation.

Paul joined Kinsella Clarke in 2007 after spending 16 years working in financial services for major high street banks/building societies. He specialises in business and personal financial planning, advising both individuals and companies on protection, savings and investments, retirement provision, tax savings and loans.

Jackie joined the firm in 1998. Her Main duties are attending to the partners and the day to day running of the admin department. She also deals with Company Secretarial matters.
